COVID-19 Information

You can't get the coronavirus through your mail. For a virus to stay active, it requires a specific combination of environmental factors, including the right temperature, a lack of UV exposures, and humidity. Because mail is exposed to so many different environments while in transit, it's very unlikely that the virus can remain viable on your mail. The CDC's official line is that the virus is spread through respiratory droplets and there's very low risk of getting it through the mail. Your safety is our priority. How long are shipping times?

    We work with suppliers around the world to source high-quality products.Our suppliers typically ship items one to five days of receiving an order. From that point it takes 10-30 days for items to arrive.

    As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.

    How do I track my order?

    Please download the SHOP APP, which use to be known as the Arrive app,to keep track of your order. Please be aware that shipping and delivery may/will be delayed due to COVID-19 with suppliers working with decreased staff. Thank you for your patience.

    Why have I not received my order?

    Airlines are currently limiting and delaying shipment to and from certain countries because of the travel restrictions due to COVID-19. Thank you for your patience.

    Return Policy?
    Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund.Why? Returns run counter to our sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture, and we will give you your money back. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
    Please be aware that some of our products do run small. Consider sizing up. Thanks.
    Most but not all items ship from the United States. Lower priced products ship from China while the higher prices ship from the United States.
    Can I cancel my order?
    Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time-frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.
    What happens if I receive the wrong item?
    If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.
    Do you offer exchanges?
    We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
